We now use 35% less plastic compared to the past couple of years which puts us in the lead among our competitors.
We also tend to exceed each yearly target of recycling and will continue to do so. Our targets are firmly based on our values and our mission, which is why we are on focus, keeping pace with ‘Our Earths Care Plan’.

About Sab
I cooked my first meal at 13 years old, I never stopped cooking since. I am passionate about food, taste, colours, smell of spice and nice smoothie drinks. I also love the environment where people are being entertained and authentic food is at the centre of that atmosphere with fun and laughter.
Taught by my grandmother, it was as though she gave me ‘wings’ for growth. I have taken; over 20 years of experience, and it’s only natural for me to translate that love, into sharing my food experience with others.
From your first bite to the end, you will see how I have introduced our authentic Caribbean spices delicately, for you to enjoy.
It is an experience our customers keep talking about, and they are sharing this with friends and family. This is why, we are one of the leading Caribbean takeaways in my region. We have become a household brand, as we have brought many together with our flavours, and they have had plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, over one of our Curries, Jerk BBQ Dishes, Sides, and Hearty Stews.
